What counts as an employee?
Any active employee profile in your org counts toward the limit. Former employees and admins without employee profiles are not counted.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Does the Xero integration cost extra?
No — Xero Payroll AU integration is included in the Growth and Business plans at no extra cost.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes — RemoteHR uses Neon PostgreSQL and Cloudflare R2 with Australian region endpoints. Your data stays in AU.
What support is included?
